The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The hotel has a boutique-style design, and each room is uniquely decorated with special details like beautiful lightning and wall pictures. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, and we were impressed with how well-maintained everything was. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with two MRT stations within walking distance, providing easy access to all of the city's attractions. On top of that, the hotel offers free coffee/tea and fruit/crackers all day, a nice touch. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a vibrant district with plenty of food places nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning bathroom. I loved the little details like special lighting and artwork on the walls. The amenities were top-notch, from the flat-screen TV to the ironing facilities. The hotel also had a great dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I enjoyed delicious meals and drinks. One staff member in particular stood out, as they helped arrange a lovely birthday surprise for my partner. I was impressed with the service, the room, and the amenities provided here.

I had a fantastic stay at Hi Hotel! The location was perfect, with popular halal restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a warm welcome. I loved the spacious rooms and quirky little pool. The Bugis area and Haji lane were just a few minutes' walk away, offering plenty of things to see and do. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay!

The hotel's location is very convenient, as it is close to public transport and within walking distance of Bugis MRT station. This allows for easy access to various attractions, as well as a direct connection to the airport. guests have mentioned that the rooms are spacious enough and the beds are comfortable.
